2. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Is Removed)
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed due to a false or incorrect DMCA claim, you may
submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent including:

Identification of the Removed Content (specific URLs or locations).
A Statement of Good Faith:"I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
A Statement of Consent:"I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in my district or, if outside the U.S., in any jurisdiction where ActivatorSystem™ operates, and I will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA takedown notice."

3. Repeat Infringers
ActivatorSystem™ reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
